    The prices are per person and night with all the SERENA services included such as accompanied tours with the hotel owners along the picturesque paths of the Dolomites, wellness and indoor swimming pool with Dolomites panorama view and much more (visible under services). The rates for bed and breakfast depend on the period. Serena's Best Price Guarantee. We guarantee you always get the lowest price when you reserve a room through an official Serena website.

    General conditions
    (summer season)

    • The prices shown are valid for a minimum stay of 6 or 7 nights and throughout the South Tyrol do not include the tax of € 3,00 per day / person (from 14 years onwards).
    • We consider binding only reservations with deposite.

    • For the payment we accept cash up to € 4.999,99, checks and cash machines.
    • On the day of arrival the rooms will be available from 14:00
    • On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10 am.
    • If the booking cancellation notice arrives 29 days before the arrival date, 70% of the agreed price will not be required, as provided for by law pursuant to art. 1382 C. C. and in this case only the deposit will not be refunded. From the 28th day from the date of arrival and the day of the arrival itself a penalty fee will be requested as follows: Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival date: 50% of the agreed price; Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the agreed price; Cancel less than 7 days before of the arrival date: 90% of the agreed price; Failure to submit or cancel the same day and early departure or arrival postponed: 100% of the agreed price.
    • WE RECOMMEND LIVELY TO PROVIDE THE BENEFICIAL PREVENTION OF SERENA WALKING CANCELLATION.
    • The confirmation deposit required to confirm the reservation is a guarantee of the same, so it will be retained in every case except in case of insurance.
    • Any un-consumed meals, will not be deducted from the price.
    • Dogs are well accepted but can not be brought to the dining room and bar and the price goes from 35,00 € until 55,00 € per day.
    • Supplement for double occupancy for single use or Suite for double occupancy € 45,00 per day on Superior price.

    From December 21st to 30th 2024 special prices! The last possible arrival date is December 23rd!

    We will celebrate Christmas Eve all together at the hotel bar, where after dinner will be served homemade cakes and mulled wine. All accompanied by a musical background of christmas melodies and a little surprise to all our guests from Santa Klaus.

    On Christmas day will be served the Gala Menu and after dinner at the bar a panettone and bottles of sparkling wine awaits you!

    Reductions for extra beds, starting from the third bed*:
    - Up to 3 years: 40% discount
    - Children from 4 to 7 years: 30% discount
    - Children from 8 to 12 years: 20% discount
    From 13 years onwards: 10% discount
