From 15.06.2019 - 13.07.2019 and from 31.08.2019 - end of season, families with children can take advantage of particularly interesting special offers.

In hotels and boarding houses: free half board for children up to the age of 6 (born after 15.06.2013) and 50% discount under 12 years of age (born after 15.06.2007).

In garnis and private accommodation: free bed and breakfast for children up to the age of 6 (born after 15.06.2013) and 50% discount under 12 years of age (born after 15.06.2007).

In residences and private apartments: 30% discount for children up to the age of 6 (born after 15.06.2013 and 15% discount for children under 12 (born after 15.06.2007) - the discount is calculated on the daily apartment rate, divided by the number of beds.

Terms:

- The offer is valid for a minimum stay of one week in an accommodation taking part in the special offer;

- Children will be accommodated in their parents’ room (max. 2 children per family);

- Children’s identity cards must be shown on request;

- Children aged less than 14 do not pay the local tax (a valid ID is required);

The prices are subject to change in order to the period of the year, type of apartment, length of stay and number of guests. Click here for your personal offer!
The number of guests per apartment can not exceed the number which has been confirmed at time of booking (including new-borns);
The prices include the use of tap water, light, heating and VAT;
To confirm the booking, we request a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay, which you can pay through bank transfer;
The payment can be settled at the end of your stay through debit or credit card (except American Express and Diners), bank transfer or by cash;
For late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be calculated;
The check-in time for all the rooms and apartments is guaranteed starting from 4pm on the arrival day and the check-out has to be made within 9am on the departure day. Ask for the possibility for an early check-in or a late check-out ahead of time;
Check-in from 4pm until 8pm. Please give us a call in case you arrive after 8pm: +39 333 926 0 640;
The usage of the sauna-area is not included in the prices of the summer season;
We ask our guests to be respectful to the other guests, the building, the equipment and the staff;
Smoking is not allowed in the whole building and in the apartments;
It is not allowed to enter the apartments with ski boots, skis or snowboards and its equipment, and neither with bikes and bike-shoes. The whole equipment has to be put in the reserved depots;
We ask for your understanding that pets are unfortunately not allowed;

STRUCTURE REGULATIONS >>>
Dear Guests, in order to guarantee the comfort of all the residents, you are kindly requested to adhere to following house rules, in case of infringement you will be subjected to the payment of a penality

- keep your apartment tidy and clean. You are encouraged to use the vacuum cleaner that you find on the floor of the apartment

- in the event that any object of the apartment gets damaged or broken, you are requested to report it to the owner and to refund the money for its repair or substitution

- it is strictly forbidden to sublease the apartment to anybody or to host relatives, friends, acquaintances or any other person. Only the regularly booked and registered Guests are entitled to sojourn in the house and use its structures and comforts

- you are kindly requested not to bang/slam the doors of the apartment, or any lid of the furniture and to handle/use with care any object of the house. Please make sure that the children do not shout, do not run through the structure and do not play with the lift

- Proper night silence must be kept after 10:30 pm

- it is forbidden to bring any piece of furniture, like tables and chairs, and any object of the kitchen out of the apartment

- on the departure day, you are kindly requested to leave your apartment tidy and the kitchen cleaned. Failing to do so will result in a penalty starting from 50,00 Euro
